Theo Kandel is a New York-born, LA-based singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Nettwerk whose folk-rooted sound pulls you in like a late-night conversation you don't want to end. He grew up in New York City learning classical and jazz violin before picking up the guitar Broadway World, eventually spending six years in Nashville before landing in LA. His goal has always been to tell a descriptive story that isn't cliché, drawing inspiration from artists like James Taylor, Jackson Browne, and Simon & Garfunkel Vanderbilt Hustler. He opened for Billy Raffoul at Boston's Red Room at Cafe 939 Berklee, and the intimate venue was the perfect fit — just a guy with a guitar making a small room feel even smaller in the best way. His witty lyricism sits in that space between laughter and tears Passim, and these frames capture exactly that energy: honest, warm, and completely disarming.
